Gregory Cleaning Contractors

The brief

Gregory Cleaning Contractors is a Bournemouth and Poole cleaning company with five distinct lines of work: commercial cleaning for offices, shops and hospitality venues; regular and deep domestic cleans; fast Airbnb turnarounds; end of tenancy cleans for landlords and tenants; and end of build cleans for finished construction sites. Their customers range from homeowners to property managers to business owners, and they wanted to come across for what they are — a local team with one point of contact, not a national call centre. They're a new company, and had started building their own site on Squarespace, but decided they'd rather have one built for them so they could put their time into running the business.

What I built

I designed and built a site with a page for each of the five services, so someone searching for “end of tenancy cleaning” lands on exactly that, plus Bournemouth and Poole pages for local searches. The reassurances people look for before letting a cleaner in are up front: £1 million public liability cover, enhanced DBS checks for every cleaner and real five-star reviews. An FAQ and a £10 referral offer round it out, and a single free-quote route runs through every page so getting in touch is never more than a click away. The whole thing moved quickly: the site was live within a week of their initial enquiry.

The result

The site is live, quick on phones, and gives each kind of customer a clear route from “do you do what I need?” to an enquiry. I also set up the hosting and their Google Business Profile, so the website and their listing on Google Maps back each other up rather than working separately.
